Platform Overview

Key Concepts

Integrations

An integration is a workflow that connects two or more data sources. Each integration consists of three main steps: fetching data from a source, transforming it, and sending it to a target destination.

Data Sources

Data sources are the platforms you connect to ShuffleSync. Once connected, you can read from and write to these platforms in your integrations. Common examples include CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing tools (MailChimp), project management (Jira), and more.

Triggers

Triggers determine when your integration runs. ShuffleSync supports three types of triggers:

  • CRON: Schedule integrations to run at specific intervals
  • GET: Trigger via HTTP GET request to the endpoint URL
  • POST: Trigger via HTTP POST request with custom parameters

API Keys

API keys allow external systems to trigger your integrations. You can create multiple API keys and assign them to specific integrations for granular access control.
